On January 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Fak Tha District Public Health Office, along with its staff, received a supervisory visit from Dr. Kajorn Winayapanich, the Provincial Public Health Officer of Uttaradit Province, as part of the District Public Health Coordination Committee.
The presentation included general information, public health problems and areas for improvement, as well as requests for support from the province, at the meeting room on the 2nd floor of Fak Tha Hospital.

On July 21, 2025 at 1:30 p.m., Dr. Khajorn Winaiphanit, MD, Uttaradit Provincial Public Health Officer, assigned Mr. Somchai Thongkrasan, Deputy MD, Uttaradit Provincial Public Health Officer, to be the chairman of the inspection committee of Fak Tha Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, 2nd time/2025, with Dr. Phonsawan Meechin, Director of Fak Tha Hospital and staff of Fak Tha Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Fak Tha Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, giving a warm welcome and presenting the results of the public health operations at the district level in 2025, and the provincial inspection team explaining the guidelines for operations according to the policy in 2025 at the meeting room on the 2nd floor of Fak Tha Hospital.

 On Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 2:30 PM, Dr. Phonsawan Mee-chin, Director of Fak Tha Hospital, Deputy Provincial Public Health Officer of Uttaradit Province, Division 2, together with the Fak Tha District Public Health Coordination Committee, welcomed the second round of 2025 regular inspection team at the Ministry of Public Health, led by Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Suphot Wetchaphanphet, Inspector of the Ministry of Public Health, Health Region 2, Dr. Witthaya Phonsila, Public Health Inspector, Health Region 2, Dr. Khachon Winaiphanit, Provincial Public Health Officer of Uttaradit, and the inspection team. On February 17, 2025 at 08:30, Fak Tha Hospital received an assessment of the hospital's standards for tuberculosis treatment and visited the screening point to observe the IC infection prevention work system from the SKR.2 committee and the Provincial Public Health Office.
