On July 3, 2026, at 8:30 AM, Fak Tha Hospital, led by Dr. Pornsawan Meechin, Director of Fak Tha Hospital, along with the management team and relevant personnel, welcomed Dr. Bodin Thrapsomboon and the Medical Informatics Committee. They were conducting an assessment of the Hospital Information Technology Accreditation (HAIT) system. This assessment surveys and certifies the readiness of the medical information system and medical data management, ensuring that the organization's technology systems are secure, stable, and fully capable of supporting patient care.

Fak Tha Hospital received a "Good" award in the secondary research category for its research project, "The Effectiveness of Pharmaceutical Care in Inhaler Use in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Asthma at Fak Tha Hospital." This research was presented by Pharmacist Jirachaya Prommee (researcher) and Pharmacy Officer Siraprapa Sonjai (co-researcher) at the Regional Public Health Conference 2026, held from June 24-26, 2026, at Topland Hotel & Convention Center, Phitsanulok Province, under the theme "The Gateway to Health Equity: Innovation and Wisdom Transforming Public Health in Region 2."

On February 23, 2026, at 8:30 AM, Dr. Pornsawan Meechin, Director of Fak Tha Hospital, along with the leadership team and the hospital's quality team, underwent an audit visit for the Hospital Accreditation (HA) process monitoring. The audit was conducted by Ms. Wanrawee Akhanit, an auditor from the Institute of Healthcare Accreditation.

On January 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Fak Tha District Public Health Office, along with its staff, received a supervisory visit from Dr. Kajorn Winayapanich, the Provincial Public Health Officer of Uttaradit Province, as part of the District Public Health Coordination Committee.
The presentation included general information, public health problems and areas for improvement, as well as requests for support from the province, at the meeting room on the 2nd floor of Fak Tha Hospital.
