On December 27, 2024 at 8:30 a.m., Second Lieutenant Kittiwat Kittiwet, the District Chief of Fak Tha, presided over the LONG LIFE THAI FIT activity, a fitness exercise throughout Thailand to honor His Majesty the King on the occasion of His Majesty the King's 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary on July 28, 2024. Fak Tha Hospital and the Fak Tha Subdistrict Health Volunteer (Sor Por Bor) officers, heads of government agencies, and village health volunteers sang the Royal Anthem, the Maharajasong, and exercised together to the song LONG LIFE THAI FIT. There were 150 participants in this activity at the Fak Tha Municipality Gymnasium, Fak Tha District, Uttaradit Province. 

 December 16, 2024, Dr. Khajorn Winaipanich, MD, Public Health Doctor of Uttaradit Province, chaired the inspection team of the Fak Tha Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital (SHPH) for the first time in 2025 to monitor the results of operations at the district level. The provincial inspection team explained the guidelines for operations in accordance with the 2025 policy and followed up on the 2025 work plan. Dr. Phonsawan Meekhin, Director of Fak Tha Hospital, and staff from Fak Tha Hospital and the SHPH Fak Tha Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital welcomed them at the conference room on the 2nd floor of Fak Tha Hospital.

On October 15, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., the Fak Tha Subdistrict Health Office, along with the Fak Tha District Public Health Officers, received an empowering visit from Dr. Khachon Winaiphanit, the Public Health Doctor of Uttaradit Province, who presented general information, public health problems, and areas for development, as well as areas for requesting support from the province, at the 2nd floor conference room of Fak Tha Hospital.

 On August 21, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., the Fak Tha Subdistrict Health Office received work supervision and evaluation of work operations and problems and obstacles, as well as received advice and guidelines for operations for the second round of fiscal year 2024, and visited to provide encouragement by Dr. Ityangwan Yongyuan, Public Health Doctor of Uttaradit Province, and a team from the Uttaradit Provincial Public Health Office at the conference room on the 2nd floor of Fak Tha Hospital
