From August 3-7, 2026, the Digital Health Unit of Fak Tha Hospital, along with hospital staff and related departments, participated in training on the use of the Hosxp Ipd Paperless program. The training took place in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of Fak Tha Hospital.

On July 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM, Dr. Pornsawan Meechin, Director of Fak Tha Hospital and Deputy Provincial Public Health Officer of Uttaradit Province (V.2), along with the Fak Tha District Public Health Coordination Committee, welcomed the routine inspection team from the Ministry of Public Health, Round 2/2026. The team was led by Mr. Lertchai Lertwut, Inspector General of the Ministry of Public Health, Health Region 2, Dr. Kajorn Winayapanich, Provincial Public Health Officer of Uttaradit Province, and other supervisors. They visited the hospital to inspect the area and provide support to the staff.

On July 3, 2026, at 8:30 AM, Fak Tha Hospital, led by Dr. Pornsawan Meechin, Director of Fak Tha Hospital, along with the management team and relevant personnel, welcomed Dr. Bodin Thrapsomboon and the Medical Informatics Committee. They were conducting an assessment of the Hospital Information Technology Accreditation (HAIT) system. This assessment surveys and certifies the readiness of the medical information system and medical data management, ensuring that the organization's technology systems are secure, stable, and fully capable of supporting patient care.

r. Pornsawan Meechin, Director of Fak Tha Hospital, supported research initiatives in line with the hospital's vision. Fak Tha Hospital received a "Good" award in the secondary research category for its research project, "The Effectiveness of Pharmaceutical Care in Inhaler Use in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Asthma at Fak Tha Hospital." This research was presented by Pharmacist Jirachaya Prommee (researcher) and Pharmacy Officer Siraprapa Sonjai (co-researcher) at the Regional Public Health Conference 2026, held from June 24-26, 2026, at Topland Hotel & Convention Center, Phitsanulok Province, under the theme "The Gateway to Health Equity: Innovation and Wisdom Transforming Public Health in Region 2."
